Today I am shaming my family. It's almost 4 pm and I am still in a stranger's bed, cruising the internet in my pajamas. I also ate the last macaron. It's a beautiful day and here I am, a lazy shut-in. Tiger mother* would not be pleased, but I'm sure that she is probably sitting around at home playing video games and growling at the weather.
I would rather enjoy sitting at a coffee shop crocheting hats, but in this neighborhood, there isn't enough space to sit down. I forgot just how crowded SF really is. There's a 30 minute line out the door for COFFEE. I'm not even playing. At least I don't have to wear pants when I stay indoors.

*Tiger mother is actually my sis-in-law's girlfriend.

Today I was a highly functioning and somewhat responsible adult in spite of my angry uterus trying to destroy me from the inside out.

Bought Lump breakfast at Fonte. I used a coupon because I love him and he loves me for my frugality. I think the waitress was worried she wouldn't get a tip, poor girl.

New curtains to replace the closet doors make the cat freak out.

Walked all over and looked at portfolios from a dozen tattoo shops. Fucking left my fucking expensive fucking menstruation chocolate at the last one. FUCKING HELL.

Came home and died in bed. Took too many advil, took too many aleve, need to make a doctor's appointment so I can take too many opiates. Too many pills is still not enough.

i hate coming up with blog post titles. my wrist got worse so i am still useless. however, i am now quite good at typing and mousing with one hand which would be quite useful if i were the kind of girl that looks at porn. i mean, i do have a subscription to suicidegirls but only to get hair and makeup ideas. sometimes if i see a really cute photo set, i'll pretend that we are best friends and that we spend our friday nights going to deftones concerts and painting our nails purple. of course my reality is nothing like that. socializing means getting a bunch of my friends to come to mexico for a tropical vacation so we can sit inside and play on our ipads. sometimes we play the battlestar galactica board game and accuse each other of being cylons. someday i'll do those things that my mom stays up late worrying about, like drinking and doing massive amounts of drugs at parties in famous people's mansions. mom, i am a nerd, sorry to disappoint you.
